Problems when there is more than one POT file in po directory

Description

RPM lately had some problems [1], because it has two POT files in po directory, rpm.pot and rpmpopt.pot [2]. The second one is redundant. Transifex probably should do something to prevent such situations.

After multi-files support be implemented, it might not be a problem anymore.

The point is that one of these POT files should be ignored by Transifex. Unfortunately I can't test if it works now, until this fix is deployed live somewhere. :/
