Description

Broadcasting live from Linuxtag, your daily feature requests:

* Make the translation table have numbering, to show how many languages exist for this component
* Have 100% completed translations stand out in a way (either bold, or a tick mark next to them)
* Send an email to the maintainer every time a translation is submitted.
