Enhanced language list

1. The language list page could show more information about projects. For instance when a user is visiting the language page could see next to the language title a counter of projects that are using this language (or with a colored bar / percentage according to the total number of projects hosted there).

2. Also a GeoMap? could be useful as an additional way of showing language list in the map and using colors for those countries/languages that are more popular for the hosted projects.

The first one is an easy task. There is a relevant piece of code in the collections list that accomplishes something similar. Marking the ticket as NEEDS_PATCH, in case someone might want to give it a try.

About the second, do you know of any database with this information (ie which is the most popular language in a country)? The language <-> country connection is a sensitive matter and I'm not sure we'll find an easy approach for something like that. If there's a DB with this info, then we could mouse-over and show information about the country and a list of the languages spoken.
